🧼All our items are machine washable and tumble try on low as needed. We wash ours when I was their bedding, if they need them. As they are not an all day evey day item they dont get washed very often.

Do you make any bows or bandana's for cats?😻😻😻
While we do a lot for of our items for dogs, our xx-small - small sizes work for you kitty cats. Our cat Martin wears an x-small bow or bandana when I can get him to sit still for it.
Are your bows safe for my pet?
🐾🐾Johnny does wear a bow when he is playing with his friends some days, but he is watched closely. We do not advise your pet to wear them at night or when they are sleeping.
Before we sell any of our styles, we do test them. Between Johnny, his siblings, and all his friends; all of our designs/styles are thoroughly tested by many wound up puppies. If you follow us on any of our social media, you can see what happens during our testing.
How soon will I get my items?
🚚✈All our items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of your order. We do NOT ship on the weekends normally as we reserve those for family time with both our 2 legged and 4 legged members.
We always provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package and ship it in plain envelopes, so it won’t attract attention. With that said, Heeler and Hound will not be held responsible for postal service errors. We wish we had that kind of control, but unfortunately, we do not. Thank you for understanding. We have seen delays in shipping across the board (no matter who you ship with), and we ourselves are affected by this for some of our supplies. We feel your pain and are just as frustrated as you.
